Service Rewards
Vehicle owners have several ways of earning miles in this program. One of the primary methods is through completing any service transaction which has a repair order. The miles are earned on parts, labour and even accessories at any Toyota/Scion dealership in Canada. You will receive one Aeroplan mile for every $2.00 spent.
Sales Rewards
In addition, you can earn up to 250 miles for a single test drive or a minimum of 5000 miles on the purchase of a brand new Toyota. They also receive 7500 miles if they choose model or 2x the number with the Scion iM. Participants could earn as many as 50,000 miles in this program on select vehicles.
How the Program Works
Vehicle owners do not need to be an Aeroplan member at the time they come in to West Coast Toyota. While they can enroll at the time or before, they can also receive a kit from the dealer which explains enrollment and a valid number they can use to enroll before the transaction is completed. If they are members, they can simply present their Aeroplan membership card or Aeroplan number at the time of service.
All miles will be added within 30 days after service has been rendered or transaction completed. Miles are given on pre-tax amounts for service. For a limited time, Toyota is rewarding members twice as many miles on eligible services to celebrate this new partnership with Aeroplan.
Restrictions
Work must be performed at a Canadian Toyota Dealer. The service must be paid for by the customer and not be warrantied work, prepaid services, or internal-pay. Any parts purchased without a repair order will not be included in the Aeroplan Miles program. Miles cannot be given on any work completed before the start of the program (program started December 15th, 2016). Reward miles are only good on the purchase of a new model; pre-owned inventory doesn’t count in the program.
