Hi, my name is Vin and I bought a Toyota Tacoma because it was a smaller vehicle. And I couldn’t get a smaller vehicle anywhere else. Well, he’s been very helpful helped me with all the dials and buttons on the truck, well there are several and I still don’t know them all yet. He’s helped me with some of the servicing. I also had the 1000 km servicing and also had a few extra things added to the truck. Still, have to get those done.
It has been very good. It’s a good experience actually I’m quite surprised. I’ve bought other vehicles at other places but without a doubt, I’m happiest here. I know I say you’ve been very good. I’ve been treated better here than I would have thought you know than I would get treated anywhere I’ve bought several other vehicles at other places and have been treated well but my treatment here has been better.

And then Kalim came to help. And we had a very good experience. Actually, they are very nice they explained everything to us. They are not pushy, but they are very, nice. Hi, my name is Mia Wessels. I recently bought a 2017 Toyota Tacoma. What I like about the Tacoma is, first of all, it’s a pickup truck. I’m a pickup truck person, and it’s been quite a few years since I’ve had a truck, and I wanted to go back to getting one. I wanted a truck that was quality and had a good reputation, and that brought me to Toyota. My salesperson was Phil Stanier. He was great; I had a couple of meetings with Randy Saunders, the General Manager.
Everyone was great. Phil is very motivated and upbeat and got the job done quickly, and efficiently and understood what I was looking for. I would absolutely recommend West Coast to anyone who’s looking for a vehicle even if they weren’t looking for a Toyota. I’ll tell ’em to come in and take a look. The service was great. The building will be finished soon and certainly nice to look at.
