My husband and I were very pleased and happy to have dealt with Toyota dealer Mark Fernandes. He was so friendly and courteous. He went out of his way to stay past his working hours to accommodate us when we were there. He never showed any impatience. For someone who is new to the job, he surely was honest to tell us he is still learning. We have never dealt with a car dealer like him through all these years of buying cars. He deserves to be recognized for his work. We will definitely recommend friends and family to him. Our overall experience with Toyota is more than we expected.
