Brian Hooge

I just wanted to say that I have been bringing my vehicle (a 2010 Highlander) to the service department at West Coast Toyota since I bought it almost four years ago now.  I have always been impressed by the excellent customer service offered to me by both Arthur and Brad in the service department.  During this past visit, I was also impressed by the service offered by the shuttle driver, whose name I believe is Brian.
