I just wanted to bring to your attention the exemplary service provided by Janette Smart, in the Service Dept. at West Coast Toyota. We have dealt with her many times. Apart from being unfailingly friendly and helpful, she has also gone the extra mile on several attentions. When our transmission gave out a few years back, she worked hard to help us through the heartbreak and hassles. A week ago, when our water pump blew, she took the initiative and had us check whether we might still be under warranty (it’s a second hand RAV). As it happened, we were, although through a different dealer, so it didn’t show on your records. This saved us a considerable amount of money. Please pass on our thanks to her for great service!
Janette did a wonderful job in helping to decide the extent of the service that I required. When the service menu didn’t specify a particular action, she went searching for the answer and did find it in a earlier schedule. Many thanks for going the extra mile.
Even though your service desk closes at 5 several service advisers were there when I arrived at 5:08 PM and Janette processed my paperwork in her usual professional manner. She just forgot to offer me a rain check for the car wash. Arthur was great also. He greeted me at the beginning, called to update me as to what was needed and notified me when the car was ready. Joanne made the apt by the phone and arranged for a loaner because I needed to get to a Dr’s apt. Great job everyone! Merry Christmas!
