I wanted to say thanks very much to you and your staff at West Coast Toyota for looking after my new vehicle purchase. It was a pleasure being introduced and meeting with Mr. Chris Thomas. Mr. Thomas is truly enthusiastic and most enjoyable to speak with as he knows his job and the product, coupled with his great sense of humour. We were very impressed with Mr. Thomas in that he takes a legitimate interest in his customers which was displayed in his attitude throughout the process with his professionalism.

After the new vehicle purchase I mentioned to Mr. Thomas that I would like an additional add on and at that time he recommended Farhad Yousefbigloo at West Coast Detail. Mr. Thomas without hesitation made the phone call right away and set up the contact with Farhad. I later contacted Farhad and set up the appointment for my vehicle.

I attended at West Coast Detail and met with Farhad Yousefbigloo who was very polite, professional and personable in regard to his customer relations as well as his good sense of humour. The work was completed on my new vehicle and I was very pleased with the outcome. I have to say that in meeting Farhad you can see that he has a honest concern for his customers in that he wants to make sure they are pleased with the work they receive as he did take the time to go over with me what had been done.

Through the entire process the staff was a pleasure to deal with and who were consistent in providing excellent customer service with a positive outlook. I have been back to your Toyota dealership a few times and I’m impressed in that when I come in, Mr. Thomas (Chris) always greats me and addresses me by my first name. That to me shows that he cares and takes interest in his customers. Chris is an awesome guy and I will recommend to others.

Employees help make the business and you have two employees that are doing a great job.
