Recently I have had an issue with my 2011 Rav 4. This issued appeared to be a possible problem with the paint on my vehicle. After taking my vehicle to XXXXXXX XXXXXX, where I purchased my vehicle, I felt I did not receive the satisfaction I required. I then went to West Coast Toyota in Maple Ridge, B.C., where I was greeted by friendly efficient staff in the service department.
I wish to compliment the service department at West Coast Toyota on the care and consideration they showed me while dealing with the issue with my Rav 4. I especially wish to recognize the help I received from Rick Bultitude, the service manager. Mr. Bultitude went out of his way to solve my problem and was patient, considerate and went beyond ordinarily expected service.
I highly recommend the West Coast Toyta service department, managed by Rick Bultitude he is a shining example of how customers should be treated.

Back in 2014 I posted my positive experience with West Coast Toyota for vehicle purchases and our vehicles servicing. We just added to our family lineup of Corollas, Tacoma and a Rav4 with the purchase of a 2020 Rav4 Limited Hybrid ( crazy good vehicle). Thanks guys, with a special shout out to Rick Bultitude the service manager for supporting the great service and parts advisors that they have. They are friendly and know their stuff.
