A Shining Star at West Coast Toyota

Recently I have had an issue with my 2011 Rav 4. This issued appeared to be a possible problem with the paint on my vehicle.  After taking my vehicle to XXXXXXX XXXXXX, where I purchased my vehicle, I felt I did not receive the satisfaction I required.  I then went to West Coast Toyota in Maple Ridge, B.C.,  where I was greeted by friendly efficient staff in the service department.

I wish to compliment the  service department at West Coast Toyota on the care and consideration they showed me while dealing with the issue with my Rav 4. I especially wish to recognize the help I received from Rick Bultitude, the service manager.  Mr. Bultitude went out of his way to solve my problem and was patient, considerate and went beyond ordinarily expected service.

I highly recommend the West Coast Toyta service department, managed by Rick Bultitude he is a shining example of how customers should be treated.

    Back in 2014 I posted my positive experience with West Coast Toyota for vehicle purchases and our vehicles servicing. We just added to our family lineup of Corollas, Tacoma and a Rav4 with the purchase of a 2020 Rav4 Limited Hybrid ( crazy good vehicle). Thanks guys, with a special shout out to Rick Bultitude the service manager for supporting the great service and parts advisors that they have. They are friendly and know their stuff. I always look for the best in quality and that is why we buy Toyota’s and we have been with West Coast Toyota for all of these years. Gary W. Maple Ridge.
