We spend about an hour hour and 15 minutes and go over the cars and answering their questions. It is to show the customer that we have the same concerns and wants as they do and it allows for a more relaxed personal relationship.
We spend about 3 months putting it together and it is just an opportunity for us to get to know them better and for our customers to get to know us.
