Hi, just wanted to let you know that I’ve been a West Coast Toyota customer since 1999. I have always been treated well starting from the lady that answers your phones right through to everyone in service & on occasion, parts.
I would like to say that I’ve had more than one occasion had the chance of dealing with Brad. I think this guy goes beyond the call of duty & as a person who also deals with the public this is a great asset to you & West Coast Toyota.
