I was there to have a new key enabled and was told I would need to make an appointment. One of the staff members overhead and was waiting for someone else to finish something before he could continue. He offered to do it for me so that I wouldn’t have to come back another time. He could have just said nothing and took a break but didn’t. Very nice!
