Hi, my name’s Rory Caldwell. And I’m the proud owner of a 2015 Toyota Avalon. This is our second Avalon. We had a 2007. Our Sales rep, Chris called me and let me know he had a smoking-hot deal here. And subsequently, we came down and took it for a test drive. When I walked in, I wasn’t sure I was going to buy one, but when I walked out, I was a proud owner of a new car. Well, this isn’t our first vehicle from West Coast. We’re repeat people. And we probably come back here not just because of the sales rep, and service or the fabulous deals we manage to get on the cars but “The after sales for us is key” is the service. Would I do business again with West Coast Toyota? I most certainly would. As I said previously, we’re repeat customers. And the reason we keep coming back is not only because of the fantastic sales deals but the fabulous after sales marketing of the service department. It’s a great team that you’ve got going here.
