I would like to take a moment and recognize the outstanding quality and service we constantly receive in your Service Department from Arthur {and many times Brad too). In a world where we are all quick to complain about bad experiences, we are usually hesitant to take the time to praise the good ones. Arthur has always provided us with top-notch service and goes out of his way to make sure we are fully taken care of…to the point where we feel that we have personalized service! We are currently in the market for a new car or truck and we never thought we’d be basing our future purchase on where we will be going for service, but that is exactly the conclusion we have reached – to go with Toyota, where we know the service will be outstanding.
